Gary Fisher? Pioneer 200XL Mountain Bike

I have a Pioneer 200XL Mountain bike that I picked up at an auction with a bunch of other bikes and I can't find anything online about it. I don't know if it is a Gary Fisher Bike but the neck of the handle bars has his name on it so I assume that just the neck and handle bars are Gary Fisher. It has Shimano Rapidfire shifters, Altus A20 brakes and Altus C10 cranks. If anyone can give me any info on it I would really appreciate it. I have attached pictures. Thanks for any responses.

I don't think its a Fisher. They've always had their name very prominently displayed on the frame. My guess is that the bike is a Pioneer, and someone cannabalized the stem and bars from a Fisher.
