First Dura-Ace brakes?

First Dura-Ace brakes?
A recent thread made mention of "first generation" Dura-Ace brakes and showed an example of side-pulls.
Well I just happen to have a set of Dura-Ace centerpulls like the above photo. They have been in my parts bin for 10 plus years and I have no idea what they came off of. My understanding is that this version was only produced for 6 months or so and would have been the first brakes to bear the DA name.
Anyone have more detailed info on these brakes, When they were made and what bikes might have been equipped with them?
BTW these things look EXACTLY like Shimano brakes marked as "Tourney".

Before there was a Dura-Ace ensemble, there was a Dura-Ace brake. The name and the logo was reassigned to the new "Pro Group" when introduced, and the center pull brakes became Tourney. They were not used very much be the major Japanese mfgs. back then, most used Dia Compe, they were a competitor but were mostly seen on more humble machines, including discount store bikes. I saw a pair on a Volkscycle in 1971 or 1972.
You could always take a file, some emery and bronze wool and spiff them up to claim they were the long lost Dura-Ace pro center pulls, be sure to use some later Dura-Ace pads and holders with the tire guides to make the transformation realistic.

The finish is better than Campy, but the quick release doesn't work very well and they can't be centered with a cone wrench like Campy.
I bought mine new and I'm still using them. I Plasti-Dipped the qr levers and tire guides to hide the rust pits.
