Post pictures of your amazing lugs here.

Koala, I bet those lugs + the chrome make that bike go like, 15% faster. Work of art.

Since R.K. posted a picture of a top lug on a Paramount, I'll show the ones from below on my '66 Paramount.

I'm biased, I painted it. :)) |

Final sanding before the color goes on should be done with 320 grit at least. or to touch-up the primer, 800 grit. Sandpaper ought to be wet-or-dry, not garnet paper. (used in wood shop projects) Sorry Jon, just pickin' nits here with ya! ;) How many nits can a nitwit pick, if a nitwit could pick nits? :roflmao: Other than some minor sandscratch showing, the finish IS very good, and the color quite elegant! Kudos, Cuda2k! :D |

Kudos, Cuda2k! :D The color is great. It's DupliColor Metal Specks "Ocean Blue", and about 3 cans of it if I remember right. more pictures of this bike (including some that really show how rough my sanding job was!) here: http://photos.thecuda.com/thecuda/ph...udamk1\&page=3 Serotta pictures should be up tonight. I'm headed for Southwest Frameworks right after work to pick it up. edit: no serotta tonight... :( David put a little ding in the paint this morning and is having to fix it. |
