Looking closer at my old frame I found in the trash, it looks like the decal on the downtube used to say RPB, or possibly BPB. Does this happen to ring a bell to anyone?

There was a custom frame builder in the Chicago area with the name RRB. Roger

Thanks, I was wondering about that due to the different items used in the frame. Cinnelli BB shell, Campy dropouts..etc.
