50's Track bike? ideas?

howdy,

I was wondering if any sleuths had any idea about this track bike that i picked up.. serial number on seat tube is 6616. Threading is english. seat post size is 26.8. came with some interesting looking Magistroni 5 pin cranks. It has Schwinn badged adjustable stem and bars. It has Omelenchuck badged rims.. (from what i searched about him sounded very interesting. i would love to see some his bikes that were made.) the hubs are miss matched.. the front is a Brampton.. actually looks like a 3 speed hub.. the rear just say "made in france"

Here are some photos..
