Resurrectio question
 

My Resurrectio project (thanks to graybeard for the decal goto) is the Centurion Elite RS. Tange 2 is a great tubing for a 61cm frame in my opinion, but the finish work on a mid-range frame is just so-so. I'm currently sitting on the porch with sandpaper and a fine file. I've smoothed out the file marks on the frame lugs, but I'm wondering what the finish work on a top flight frame looks like: are there flanges on the the drop outs? How smooth are they? How smooth under the paint?

I think A.Winthrop may be able to answer that question...I have not seen one in the flesh.
