Campagnolo electra saddle
Anyone know if riding one of these with no air in the bladder will hurt it?

I have a couple of electra saddles and have never inflated their bladders. I'm 'too afraid' to try to inflate them now. I don't really want to know if the bladders are perished. I only ride them occasionally and they haven't really passed the break-in period where you ride the saddle without the bladder inflated as the previous reply states.
I believe that you can take the leather cover off and expose the bladder by unclipping the cover from underneath the saddle. perhaps you could investigate this and you might be able to see the state of the bladder.
