Torpado Europa Update - New Components

Follow-up to my earlier thread on the pink three-speed I am tricking out for my wife. Late (very late) birthday present. https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...hlight=torpado

My ship has come in. Now I just have to get wheelz built, buy tires (thanks Neal for the tip on the Schwalbe Delta Cruiser), finish rebuilding the frame with J&B Weld (a few rust issues), then paint the mother pink. Oh, yeah, and I need lights for it. And wickery baskets.

Here are the new front and rear hubs, stem and bars (though I may get regular north roads and seize these bars for myself): new SA dynamo/drum front, drum for freewheel rear (shown with three-speed freewheel--looks like I might want to re-space that bad boy), nitto technomic short-reach tallboy and cheapie dimension double-bends.

Edit-oops, it looks like I wrote over one of the views of the front hub. Oh well, you get the idea.

Hee. Hee. Hee.

How long before you finish? It sounds as if it's going to be a great looking bike .
