concord road bike HELP

Hi Everyone, I hope this is posted in the correct forum. I bought this bike in the early 90's and haven't ridden the bike much since I bought it. It has been in my parents garage forever now. I can't find any info on the internet about the company(concord) I found a forum on here that discussed a little bit but didn't have the info I needed.
If anyone knows anything about this bike or brand that could point me in the right direction to get a fair selling price or have any clue what it might be worth, that would help out a lot. I got nothing doing google searches and similar. The only labels on the bike say Concord Classic. Thanks for your help |
Never heard of the brand, but the brakes and such look to be of decent quality, and it has forged drops. There were a lot of nice bikes back then, that weren't well known brands. I've had a couple, and they both had welded frames with the slip joint construction under the seat, and forged drops, CrMo frames, etc. One of them was a "Santa Fe" MTB, which rode like high end model.,,,,BD
It also seems to have the same component pkg as my Raleigh Olympian I sold not too long ago. Cranks, chainrings, brakes, and so on. |
thanks for the info...I don't know a lot about this bike. I know it has almost all shimano part on it the brakes, crankset, cassette, front and rear http://www.nashbar.com/images/space.gifderailleurs, etc. It says that the frame is CroMo. The only thing I really added at the time were the look pedals and a profile bar.
