Unusual Motobecane

Anybody know what this Motobecane is? I think it must be something other than "Luher." Tuher? Tuner? Regardless, one I haven't seen before...

D'Oh! Of course!

So that $1,000 original price means this post should have been in "Numbskull of the Day."

Vintage MOTOBECANE Luher Touring Bicycle Raleigh, comes with little pouch with tools, bike weighs 25 lbs total, wow, tires are deflated and i didnt try to pump them up since they have that wierd profession valve stem on there.
Right, it's not the same valve stem you have on your pickup truck is it?

i looked all over for a LUHER TOURING BIKE, I FOUND NOTHING, it must be a rare one, the guy i got it from said he paid $1000 for it
And probably sold it to you for a "bargain" at $250, and now you're going to flip it for $500...

Well, pumping up the tires should reduce the weight, right?

That Raleigh crank arm on the non-drive side is a nice touch! Really ups the value.

Well, if anyone buys it I have a Motobecane non-drive crank arm that I could part with!
