what is a fassi

hello people:I finally got my 2 daughters interested in cycling. One has a 1977 vintage colnago and the other one ,I found a "FASSI"in a local bike shop that I am trying to get info as to who made it and any thing about this bike.It is all super record (everything).the paint is a 5.anyway the frame lugs are all cutout with the letter "F" and the only decal is the one on the head tube with the word FASSI.can any one of you fine gents and ladies know something about this bike.thanks.

The Fassi sounds lovely! I don't suppose you could get some photos, could you?

Of both bikes?

Both bikes sound very nice, others will eventually help out. Pics will certainly get there interest up. Looks like a good catch.
