Lyotard pedals?

Okay, I am a moron. I decided to take my pedals apart for no good reason after I had been drinking. A hole bunch of wee little bearings went rolling across my hard wood floors (I did this twice, cause I have two pedals and no patiences). Now I think there were 19 bearings for each pedal, but I might have lost a couple. I regreased and repacked, but things don't seem right with 'em. I don't know what pedals they are, but they seem to by common on low end 70's french vintage velo's. Any advice? How many bearings go in each side. Please fill in my blanks...

I can't remember the exact count (think it might be 9 and 11), but having overhauled several sets of Lyotard pedals I know that there are not an even number of bearings on each side.
