Has craigslist crashed?
 

Anyone else having trouble bringing up craigslist today? This morning seemed fine, but now all I get is a "could not find server" error. I was trying the Philly list at first, now I have noticed that none of them seem to be working...strange...

Yeah, now that I am getting the official "Craigslist" error rather than the generic one, I feel a little bit better, even though the end result is the same. Funny how that is...

Crashed all right. The SF Bay Area fixie riders flagged a record number of posts, overloading the Craigslist servers, and knocking out power throughout California.

And now you know to blame the SF fixie riders every time the power goes out...

This is most unfortunate. All evening long I haven't gotten the chance to scan for brand new Next full suspension MTBs and plastic Barbie tricycles. I haven't even gotten my Razor scooter fix for the day. :(
