Hey guys,
I picked this bike up from a local thrift shop today. The frame is a little small for me, but the bike looks brand new. Just needs to be washed. It still had the sticker on the downtube of the LBS that I bought my '07 Rockhopper from a couple of months ago, which was pretty cool. Do you guys know that much about the bike? I think it's an '80's model? I saw that it was a Fuji brand and that it was in good condition so I had to buy it. I may not be able to ride it much, but I've been interested in fixing up older bikes and thought that this would be a good place to start.

Fuji made a lot of Absolutes over the years. Post a few pics, and we can probably pinpoint the date.

If it has Dia Compe brakes, get the codes off the back. They can dated on the Vintage Trek site. SunTour and Shimano components can also be dated by their codes from that site.
