Kabuki ssk

I hthink I remember hearing that this is an "entry level " road bike.but it is a lugged frame and it 's paint is faded from the sun .Any info would be helpful about history,material of construction etc.thanks.I am new to the forum

The steel rims, hubs, pedals, chainrings ect point to a very entry level bike. Same with the safety levers.
I would say the frame is plain steel tube, nothing more.
Probably built during the bike boom of the 70's.
