Help with ID on this G.P. seatpost: Gipiemme?

This is the seatpost on my mid-70s AD Inter-10. Looks like G.P. in Italian script? Is this Gipiemme? Post and clamp are aluminum, minus the bolt and spring. Do I win the award for worst oxidized aluminum component (demerit points for some buffing, though)? And, no, oddly enough, the post wasn't frozen in the seat tube, despite the unsightly rust you see.

Ah yes. My initial searches didn't turn up the thread with your positive ID: https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-vintage/276977-g-p-seatpost-please-help-identify.html

I think I may have been searching for G.S. actually...

Well, more photo evidence for the archives, at least. Thanks!
