What year Trek 520?
I recently purchased a Trek 520 with the serial number WW0189505. Could anyone tell me what model year it is?

WW is not the prefix of any serial numbers for treks that I have seen. www.vintage-trek.com is your reference. these letters could have been added after the fact by a shop or by an owner. That would make your 520 a 1985 vintage...except that that is not the model number that matches the serial number. Hmmm...might need a picture here. Do the seatstay caps say Trek?
