As you can see, the cups and locknut are steel. The top cup, rather than being hexagonal, has flats cut into it. Doesn't match the pics in either the '68 or '74 Campy catalog, Pista or Road.

What have I got here?

Also Triomphe, until '86. The Triomphe S3 group used the Victory headset.
