When I had to take 5 bikes out of the shop just to have room to work in the shop. The remaining 10 now all have their own hooks and it's so nice just to be able to open the door and walk in!

Well I sleep next to my bike... It is the last thing that I see before I sleep, and the first thing I see when I wake up.

I set the magic number at 30. Then last spring I was picking up 5 bikes a weekend, two successive weeks. So the number went to 40. I've been faithful to that number mostly because Mrs. Roccobike threatened to sell them all if didn't stop.
Then I'll go out to a few local garage sales, I'll see those spoked wheels attached to an older LBS frame, a price of $5 to $25, and my eyes glaze over. Well, no need to explain further, you know what happens next.
