I appreciate a 'heads up' rather than looking at 'finds', which conjures up (to me) something already 'found'.

These are all bikes that may appeal to the collector part of us, and I, for one, like being given a push towards a (potentially) good deal that may have fallen through the cracks.

Don't worry, they will be waiting patiently for you return back to Michigan in the spring. I am watching that Trek as well. With Local pickup only it might go for a reasonable price. I probably won't bid with all of the stuff I have bought lately. Plus, I need to save some money if those OTHER two bikes come up for sale.

I'm SOOOOOOO jealous! I hope you go for that Trek. It needs to find a good home, not someone who thinks they got ripped off because "the shifters don't go click, they're broken". :D

I'll be happy to give you a handsome 'no labor involved' profit on the 531 frame you just picked up, and split the profits on the odd lots you jumped on.

If any of you folks are looking for some nice racing vintage tubular and clincher rims, I'd ask redxj before he puts them on the bay. I think he can cut a deal on some NOS and take off vintage rims.
