Sugino Mighty Tour Crank Taper
Hey, does anyone know what taper bottom bracket these cranks accept? The only marking on the crank, aside from the length, is A-5 on the drive crank and A-2 on the non-drive side.

Definitely standard 1970s Euro ISO, as opposed to the thicker Shimano JIS. Been there ... done that. I have freely swapped vintage European cranks with Sugino Mightys.
By the way, watch the pedal eyes; particularly the ca. 1970 first-generation Suginos break across them. (Been there ... done that, as well.)

An ISO-threaded BB should be easy to find. The biggest trick is getting the proper spindle length, although you may be able simply to match your existing unit.
