cinelli stem bolt, handlebar clamp.
well, i got lucky and found one at a bike shop, the last one they had. i need another for another stem though. does anyone know of a place online that sells them?
the front part is smooth, has wedged shape and knurls on it to keep it from spinning when you tighten the back bolt...back bolt is recessed.

It won't be on their site but email yellowyersey.org. They may have what you need, it won't be cheap though.

What length stem do you need? What diameter bars is it meant for 26.0 mm or 26.4 mm? What diameter fork is it for 22 mm or 22.2 mm? I have a few lying around.

I found a site that carried titanium bolts for the cinelli stems. I don't have the link anymore, but I'm sure a little googling would find it for you in a few minutes.
