Clements, yet again

I keep posting this from time to time, hoping someone will give me an authoritative answer. I had a Clements road bike back in the mid 80's, but I don't think it was an Ernie Clements. Answers from CR have included that it was built by one of Ernie's cousins, who had fallen out with him, or that Ernie himself built bikes after leaving Falcon. What I can tell you for sure is that whilst 531, it was not a high zoot item. I've seen a number on eBay, and they all seem to be in Yorkshire and Lancashire, and here's the latest. Anyone know anything? As non-hi-zoot as they are, I'd still like one again, in my size (this is too small, by far).

Sammy,

Norris Lockley (from Settle UK) would be the one to ask. He is
a frequent poster on CR list (posted something today?), why not send
him an email directly?
