Try right clicking on the photo, then copy image location, then paste that. It seems you copied the URL for the entire page. I don't know much about Picasa, but it appears the page you linked to generates a viewer which will not display on BF. (P.S. I was able to cut and paste the URL from your original post by using 'reply quote', which displays the source code for your post.)
