cinelli bar: model?

i was under the impression that an upright-style
bar from cinelli existed and i finally saw one:

can anyone tell me the model/name of this bar?

...and does anyone have one with which they would part?

Some years ago, I had a similar style alloy bar made by Nitto, don't know if they are still available. edit: several available from Velo Orange http://www.velo-orange.com/haandst.html

Cinelli stem, doesn't mean that it is a Cinelli bar. Cinelli had a steel one piece stem/bar/brake lever combo that was that shape in the late 50's early 60's but I have only seen a picture.

Is the bar shown in the photo mounted upside-down in relation to the clamp sleeve logo?

I seem to make out the logo sitting at the underside of the sleeve.

Cinelli Priest, designed 1980 on demand of Pope John Paul II for his white Colnago.
True, I swear by the lord! :D
Very rare though.

Could they be bullhorns mounted backwards? This discussion gave me the lightbulb.

You did not believe [me], son? :p

O.K.,
look HERE for "priest bars" in general
... and ...
look HERE for another example of this "Cinelli Priest" model.

i also found a link confirming the pope/colnago
story in connection with the priest bars:

"...the Pope requested a sports type bike with regular
flat handlebars so we built him one, a white one."

edit: ...thank you vintageR for the knowledge.
