Thanks for putting up the catalogs! The stories are great as well. I was shocked to hear that there was more than "snow, bears ,forest and Canadian Mounties" in Canada.

Happy Holidays,

Bob

Thanks. Very helpful.

Looks like my 710 is a 1981 since that's the only year where "Ming Brown" was available.

heh, I guess I'll have to wait a little longer until I can figure out what year my team pista is from... the catalogs up are great fun, I had a nice time remembering days-gone-by on an 84 Terra Runner and a hand-me-down 83 Six-ten...

Thank you all for your kind words. I'm glad everyone is appreciating these catalogs. I have scanned up to 1990. I'll try to get these up by Sunday night.

I'll keep you posted!

Thanks Nano, I don't see the link though, it only shows up to 1986.

This is great. I love seeing how my 1981 1000 used to look in its original state.

hmm... no pistas in the 87 or 88 catalog...

I was curious to see what was on ebay today, and oddly enough I finally found an identical twin to my Team Pista... albeit with decals intact... I'm kinda glad to see it has an identical chrome fork... I disagree with the person selling it though, I think it's from some time in the 90s...

Now we have posted Miyata Catalogs up to 1990

I worked hard to scan Miyata Catalogs up to 1990 , next week I will post up to 1993(the last year of Miyata Catalogs in Canada and U.S.A), I hope you enjoyed it and make good use of them.
Best regards,

Thanks so much - had some fun figuring out that my CL aquired 610 is an 83. One gripe though...when you click on an individual page of the catalog to zoom, it's opened in the same window and you can't back out of it. Not sure if it's my browser or what, but if it opened in a new window, problem solved. Otherwise awesome job!

More Miyata Catalogs are coming (1993-1994)

Thank you for your interest in the Miyata Catalogs, if you find some technical dificulties to open it, you have to excuse me , I am an old guy with no experience in computers(I only type with one finger) I am doing my best to help all my cyclist friends.
I will keep working now,
