Motobecane Identification

Just bought a 10-speed Motobecane off CL for $20.

It's got
Simplex front and rear derailleur
Nervar cranks
Weiman brakes

It's made in France, 27" wheels
the bottom bracket doesn't seem to have any numbers
but the decal doesn't look like any Motos I've seen before...

The pic of the complete bike is kind of small to really see anything. As for the markings, I have seen them before, but not often. It has been my experience that they appear on bikes sold in the European market.
