Colnago value

I wonder if anyone could comment on the value of this Colnago being sold on Craigslist. I can't tell you what the condition is, but for purposes of this discussion and seeing what the asking price is, let's assume the condition is very good. It seems overpriced to me but I'd like to confirm that and determine what it is really worth. Thanks!

Although probably not worth $1500... it is full campy SR and columbus SL tubing. Some people will bite on it I think.

It is very definitely overpriced. In good shape, something along the lines of $800 would be more like it, at a quick guess.

$914.62.

Overpriced? Colnago's usually are (compared to other just-as-good-if-not-better brands); just one of those things, I guess, though these pages have often offered proof it's possible to find 'Nagos at low prices. It pays to be patient, mind you.

This looks nicer and probably rides better:

I bought virtually the exact bike this past June and I paid $750, and I thought that it was a touch steep.

Nah. Zorro's got it right. $914.62. I checked his math.

That is the inflation value of oil working for the seller.
