Suntour cartridge BB questions

I have an 85 Schwinn Peloton that has a Suntour cartridge BB with sealed bearings. I've posted pics at: and

Is this BB serviceable? If so, does anyone have the procedure or know where I can obtain any documentation? The right side bearing spins independently of the shell, but the left does not. The spindle spins OK, but the bearings need to be replaced. There's a moderate amount of corrosion which may account for the stuck left bearing.

I'm also wondering if anyone knows where to find the tool for the cups. It's an 8 tooth splined cup as you can see from the pics. I was able to remove it using a pin spanner, but assuming I can service the thing, I'd prefer to have the proper tool when reinstalling and adjusting.

Thanks in advance for any assistance,
