Is this really a Nitto stem?

I'm mainly curious, as I'm looking for a stem for my Paramount track bike, and this does look an awful lot like the steel cinelli track stems. Anyone know anything about these?

Looks like is says NITTO... it is just hard to read.

I know that for a steel stem to sell for $122 this NJS trackie craze is getting... crazy...anybody want to take out an interest-only adjustable-rate mortgage on some track parts?

i wanted that stem badly. price went to high tho... although about the same as the cinelli version and much more rare.
