Help identifying a cannondale mtn bike
I recently stumbled upon a discarded cannondale mountain bike but I'm having a hard time identifying what exactly it is (I don't know my cannondales!). I will take a picture if needed but I'm hoping this description gives it away. The paint is black with white lines swirling overtop of it throughout the entire frame. The frame says 3.0 series aluminum and cannondale on the top tube but no model anywhere else. The rims (I don't know if they are original) are velocity. It has no shocks and looks to be a 21" frame.
Any info would be appreciated!
Thanks

I'm going to guess it's likely very late 80's or early 90's. The vintage Cannondale website has a guide to serial numbers, so you should be able to decode it. Please post up pictures if you can, as I know I'm probably not the only older Cannondale fan around here!
