Record Pista High Flange Dust Caps?

I came into possession of a set of Campy Record Pista high flange track hubs.

The rear hub is missing the dustcaps on both sides, exposing the ball bearings. Does anyone know where I can find these caps?

Thanks,

Steve

Same as road hubs... watch ebay, I have bought a set on there before for a couple bucks... just to stock up. I wreaked the dustcaps the first time I overhauled a campy record hub... for shame... now I just leave em in...

There was a time when Track hubs without dustcovers was considered high form. Since track races were held in controlled conditions (either indoors or in fair weather on outdoor tracks) some riders preferred the naked loose bearing look and simply added fresh oil (not grease) to give best performance and least resistance... in theory, that is. Not very practical, but it does look cool on some bikes I've seen.

Yeah, the bike that I received was lubed entirely with oil, instead of grease. The bottom bracket will spin for 1 minute+ with just crankarms on.
