Yeah, you have to be careful with those '80s dashboards. Once upon a time I paid a pretty penny for an uncracked 944 dash...

Pastor Bob - it is the Church of the Holy Wheel, in oh so many ways.

Blank Crows -- Did you get a hood yet? What logo?

Nope, not yet. I need a hood with the shield logo.

Anyone know a place where I can find some narrow leather (or anything else that is nice) toe straps? The Binda ones I got are too wide for the end slots on the pedals. Tan, honey, red or perhaps even black would suffice.

The old girl is still quite a looker!

My garage, maybe. :)

I have a boxful, but can't recall condition. I'll let you know.....

Oh yeah? And what are you going to be doing with that one? any chance it's a 5 speed 2 prong and with a 23-26t big cog and you'd part with it?

It is a ORO-BX ISO 14-1618-21-24 from 1986 and I think a 2 prong (two indentations on the face of the spinner wheel). I know the original freewheels for the bike are hard to find, and this one isn't it as I think the original cog was 27t. Right now I'm inclined to hold onto it and put it on one of the high-flange hubbed wheels that will be built. The Dura-Ace freewheel on it now is a 24t big cog.

I don't blame you.
