help in recognising a vintage bike

Hi there!i have i nice vintage bike and i d like to know something about it.what s the value more of less?it s in good conditions overall but has been repainted by a boy(little bit DIY looking) so i cannot see the brand... any help welcome!

Hello and welcome. It's a little hard to tell from that picture. Could you take one of the other (drive) side of the bike, and maybe some close ups of the components (brakes, shifter, crank)?
