Early 1900's style wool jersey?
Thought I would chime in here.
I have an original Swobo long sleeve wool jersey that has done me proud for the last (10?) years but is on it's way out...so I am in the market for a new staple.
Has anyone seen any wool jerseys in the older 1900ish style? Front chest pocket, pull over, buttons up the shoulder?
I have searched many of the big wool guys, Kucharic, Boure, Portland...and they only have the front zip styles.
Thanks for any help!

The buttons up the shoulder style was done by Grant Peterson at Bridgestone Bicycles. Pictured here in the 1993 catalogue. Good looking jerseys with tagua nut buttons. About once a year one will show up on eBay and sell for around $200. More recently Grant produced a line of WoolyWarm jerseys that had a button front but he now uses Woolistic with zipper fronts.
Sometimes Woolistic produces the orange San Pelligrino jersey with the pocket in front. It still has a metal zipper.
