Ebay listing help requested
Can anyone explain why my Photobucket links will not allow me to "embed" the photos into the text of the listing? I have tried all of the different format types, including the ones "recommended" for Ebay (Images and Thumbnails). All that happens is the text link appears instead of the photo. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

You should be able to link a photo using <img src= "your url for the photo" >
Make sure when you are putting html in the ad you are switched to the html view for the description. If you are in standard it will do what you are saying it's doing. When you do it right you should be able to switch to standard view and your photos should show up in the description box. |

I just learned how to do this! I love it and ebay makes less money, so everyone but ebay wins!
I do it this way: I write the ad using the normal format, then hit the HTML tab, insert the picture HTML links then click back to the normal format. I do use the "free" one picture ebay allows for the gallery picture. Here is the result: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESO:IT&ih=019 |
