Need help IDing a Miyata found on craigslist.

Hey, people :D

I've been in search of a grocery-getter/commuter for a while under a strict budget (sub $150). Luckily (?), I happened to find this old Miyata already fixed with a bike rack and lights (that don't work):

I e-mailed the lister, and all he knew was that it was an old Miyata and that it's in alright but riding condition. He's also willing to let it go for $75.

Can you guys help me ID this bike, and if it's worth picking up?

Thanks!

Can't help you id it, but, if it fits you, I'd say that it's most definitely a good buy at $75. I suppose that it depends on your budget and how good you are at repairs, though. Fully overhauled and running smoothly, that would easily go for $150-200 around here, based on looks alone.

Somebody here could certainly give you more info. than me, though.

Alright sweet. That's enough for a buy. Thanks, fellas. When I fix it up, I'll be sure to post pictures somewhere.
