Found a Labonne

Can't seem to locate any info at all about this brand. Everything on it says made in Italy. It has campy shifters, RD and FD. Balilla center pulls with the matching levers and nice hoods, a Freccia d'oro saddle. The fancy lugs are chrome on the head tube but painted everywhere else. Fork ends and chainstays are chrome. The wheels are ambrosic 27 x 1 1/4. Can't see the hubs for the grease. Seems to be a low tier bike. Anybody remember seeing anything about this brand?
I'll do pictures when I get it dug out of the pile.
