Frame Pump Options

My 'new' romic has a pump peg, and i would love to make use of it, especially since I plan on ridding a good distance now and then. Of note is that It will be for a bike with presta wheels. Ideally it would work well enough to actually use and be durable and made of metal and not cheap looking plastic.

After doing a couple search's on the forums here I have come to the conclusion the zefal HP or zefal HP-X are good pumps, I cant figure out exactly what the differences between the two are though, ... I noticed there are some on yellow jersey... http://www.yellowjersey.org/hpx.html which should I get? were the newer ones made as well as the older ones? I wouldnt mind using an adapter if i have to... and lastly is this a fair price for these or should I camp out on ebay for a while.

...the older zefal HP looks many times nicer then the new gel padded one

Beware that if you use the older Hp-X mounted to the seattube, and ride with full-length trousers, you will have to use a trouser clip on your left leg as well as your right. The pump release tab will grab otherwise - you'll have a pump flying off your frame at 25mph.
