Suggestions for "credit card tourer"?
I would like to find a nice lugged frameset or complete bike as the basis for "credit card touring" style machine. Most important is a 73 degree head angle. Other characteristics would inlcude:
56 or 57cm seattube (center to top) 56cm toptube 415-430mm chainstays clearance for fenders with 700 x 28 tires I am thinking a Japanese bike from the late 80s may match this. Any ideas? TIA, Dana |
Surly Pacer...
yeah, I know it's new. I also know how hard it is to find something used that fills all those requirements. Well, it's not lugged. It's a sweet bike, I think it's Surly's best effort. |
