Not mine. Found the ad for his nice little 3-speed of about the same vintage of my old Batavus 10-speed.

Hopefully with this post i will be abel to finaly upload pictures!
So I wanted to show you this:

A 1995 Gazelle Exception. Top of the lilne Gazelle Racing frame at that time. Main triangle was built from Reynolds 731os tubin, rear triangle is built from Poppe & Potthoff (aka P&P) Noblex stainless steel. I sold it many years ago because the frame was a little to small for me and I finaly got a simillar frame my size. I still love the "brussels blue" though!

So I found this Gazelle Champion Mondial 653 RVS. It was built around the same time as the Gazelle Exception but ist a combination of regular sized Reynolds 653 main triangle and also P&P Noblex stainless steel rear triangle.

The best thing though is the set of Everest Racing lugges they used to built it.

Sadly the original paint was totaly corroded. Thats how all main tubes looked like:

So I tried to creat a fitting set of decals because there was non and after I was finished it got repainted.

And there it was:

I once built up the frame with a campa chorus groupset but somehow I didn't like it.
And so the frame is still waiting in my basement. Waiting for a Dura Ace 7700 25th Anni group set I will probably never own. But it still feels great seeing it every time I go down there. Maybe I'll go for a 9 Speed record group set one more time like I found it. I kind of fell in love with that built again just now as I pulled up that old photo (the first one in this post).

I am still looking desperatly for infos on a C4 monocoque frame built or labelt as Concorde frame. If you have any infos or know someone involved with Concorde in the late 80ies it would be greatly appreciated.
Okay guys. I know it is rude to be the new guy an asking for favours but I need your knowledge on Dutch bicycles again.
I bought a frame years ago in the Netherlands. It's obviously a very early carbon frame and it has a neat design feature: it misses the seat tube. I can not post links nor can I attache photos due to the fact that I have less then 10 post but you can find the pictures here:

It is currently not in my possession but I have the opportunity to buy it back from the new owner I sold it to, once.
It is label “concorde” but I couldn’t find anything about it in their line-up. Looking further it became clear that it is a frame originating from the bianchi-C4 project (a early carbon monocoque frame used in 87 from bianchi for professional time trail machines, manufactured by C4, an Italian carbon specialist).
My question to you guys is the following: Does anybody has ever heard of or seen such frames sold / dispensed by Concorede? Could it maybe have been a frame used by PDM for professional use?
The other possibility would be that someone repainted that frame.
Sorry for the long post. If you know anything about Concorde C4 frames please let me know! Thanks in advance.

Munich Sausage - beautiful Gazelle, seeing it in 1st pic by lake - makes me think a compromise to my minor component objection (?) to keep it on the road would be acceptable.
Impeccable taste in bikes, by th way.
I think I posted this back when, but since I rode it yesterday - here it is again. Triple to climb most anything, at least anything I should be riding.

Thanks for the pictures, Munich Sausage. Much appreciated!
Nice bikes, too, BTW.
And sorry, drawing a blank on that Concorde. A repainted Battaglin C4, would be my best guess.

I totally agree. But I thought maybe it was used professionally or semiprefessionaly and got its repainted that way. I heard for example the telekom team repainted a lotus frame to eddy merckx (probably for some licience or sponsoring contract reasons) for just one prologue.

Recently bought a Union Sapporo frame. I should have enough components in the shed for a complete build, minus some cable housing I suspect.
I am busy at the moment with restarting work (education is a wonderful thing I guess
), taking some pictures of said bike, and cleaning random stuff.
Framenumber is M0L82042. That makes it a Miki-frame (thanks Non-fixie!) from 1980, december IIRC. Size is quite good, 60/61 cm, toptube is 53 cms. Really close/the same as my current "old" bike, a Benotto 800. And that bike fits me quite well.
The Sapporro has eyelets so it may become a commuter of sorts. If the rust isnt too bad (pics will follow).
It has been in used as a fixie, but still has the derailleur hanger. And, I just checked with a spare rear axle, it shouldnt be too hard to fit a normal 130 mm wheel in there. I call that a win! :-)

Really nice Gazelle bikes here! An Exception is one I always dream of owning. But really hard to find, specially in a size 62 cm ct.
Those lugs on the 653 are really nice, but they can also be found on my Criterium from 1996 that will depart for a fresh coat of paint in a few days.

To be fitted with a NOS Shimano 600 Ultegra groupset when repainted. A rather rare frame, only made for 2 years as far as I know. Even though it was the cheapest frame offerde by Gazelle, not too many are around.

I have no idea wether it is a fast frame. I bought it because of its rarity and unusual frame geometry. It is a 1995 frame by the way and will be finished in Baikal Blue, another iconic Gazelle color.

Champion Mondial from 1978 A frame. About 9.3kg for 50cm size. I'm impressed with the pretty fast bike.

I’d post my Van Tuyl, but not sure if it was made in the Netherlands!

A nice job by Cycle Paint in Goes (NL) stunning finish in Baikal Blue. Can't wait to pick it up and rebuild this frame.

Still my Gazelle Criterium is being put together, but I recently picked up another Gazelle frame.

A Team frame from 1997, size 68 cm c/t (62 cm c/c). A really large frame, I am sure this was a custom build frame made in Dieren for a really large customer.

Quite special lugs, all over the frame.

Sirocco from Hoogerheide, Netherlands. build by Peter van de Klundert, second generation framebuilder. This is the 97th build from 1993.

Build with Shimano 600 tricolore of the same year. And with a Italian touch with a Spanish name.

Bassano Vuelta, zebra style. I love this bike and its ride.
