Campy Headset ID?
 
I'll post pics tonight but I'm having trouble figuring out what model a headset is. I'm thinking Record or Super Record. It doesn't quite match velobase pics.

One of the cups is drilled, and I haven't seen that before.

Edit - checking again I think it might be C-Record
