Recessed Brake bolts on older forks

I want to change the front brake on a 1981 Miyata 210 road bike (now fixed gear). I found the Tektro Track Bike Brake Set but it has a recessed brake bolt. Will this still fit with the older style fork?

Would have kept the original center pull brake, but had to replace head set and the brake hanger did not fit with the new head set.

You would have to drill out the rear of the fork crown to take the recessed nut.
