so I don't know what to think of this ride. I'm going to see it tomorrow. The wheels have me a little confused, but they lead me to believe that something good might be lurking under the paint.

Junk.........You can get radially laced low rider wheels hella cheap. Notice the coaster brake arm hangin? And the frame looks like the classic "Next" Sprawl-Mart ride with a busted or bent stem. I suppose I could be tempted to drop a $20 bill on it for the wheels if they were straight...........Hell, if the frames aluminium you could scrap it and make half your cash back and have a set of pimp wheels for change!

Yeah, skip it.

I wonder if the bolt cutters in the picture come with the bike?

Maybe the bike "came with" the bolt cutters? ;)
