Suteki Track 10 Mixte

Well, after waiting 3 weeks from posting my Craig's list "Lost and Found" advert and asking around at the C&V LBS, I have cleaned and tuned the bike I found. I then gave it to my daughter for her birthday.

She is thrilled. I gave it to her Monday night and Tuesday she put about 30 miles on it.

Before:

After:

While I was waiting for any response I did a bunch of cleaning and maintenance on it. New cables, cleaned and lubed everything, new brake pads, and new shifters. Then I had LBS check my work.
I did a lot of debugging, too. Literally. I found cocoons in the fenders and discovered that ants had built a nest inside of the seat. A Brooks CR3 is now fitted.

Looks like one happy young lady. You are a good Dad. I love to build up a bike and have the recipient really like the bike. The mixte I did for my wife was the most satisfying build I have done. One bit of advice, level the seat.
