Help: ID my crank

This is a crank off my Biemmezeta. I think it is a Specialized but I can't be sure. The rings aren't. The outer is Takagi 52 and the inner is a Shimano Biopace (!). Bolts are Sugino. Anyone confirm this as Specialized? Date?

That is a Specialized "Flag" crankset. 1980's, maybe into early 1990's? I like them. The triples got used on touring bikes first, then started making some appearances on MTB's. I believe they also made a double. A little later, they made a very similar crank, but with a more recognizable Specialized logo in place of the "flag".

Courtesy of Velobase, here is a photo of Specialized MTN bike cranks. It looks like a match to me.

I concur - Specialized. The "fluttering flag" logo started appearing in ads circa 1984 and was used though 1989, with the "S" logo appearing circa 1990. In 1984, Bicycling did a comparison test of cranksets and at that time this crankset was simply called the "Specialized Racing" crankset, presumibly to differentiate it from their ATB crankset.

Thanks everyone. It looks to be a specialized. I have another crank with the "fluttering flags" from another crank that I will remove and photo too. The seem a bit more substantial. Maybe they are the MTB cranks?
