Fuji Catalog Edition No. 13 (ca. 1983)
For reference purposes, I scanned and posted a Fuji Catalog Edition #13 that was included with the original sale of a bike in 1983. It is posted here.

Two points I'd like to make. First, there were absolutely no date codes anywhere on this catalog, no printing, copyright date, etc. Strictly a catalog edition number. I put 1983 because I am 100% certain that this catalog was included along with the sale of a bike in 1983.
Second, what I posted is 100% complete (except for the back cover, the scan job guys forgot that, but there was not really any useful info there) and in the order of the catalog pages.
As an aside, and I may modify the blog posting, on careful reading of the catalog, Fuji talks about a "recreational use category" that starts with the Royale II at the top. I had just listed a "Road" category, with the S12-S LTD at the top, and descending down throught Royale II and the whole implied recreational category.
If you then look at this, what all the "recreational" road bikes have in common is Valite tubing. The general road bikes above them (S12-S LTD, S12-S) have chromoly, so Fuji seemed to intend chromoly for "serious" flagship bicycles, and Valite, perhaps as a newer, better, replacement for hi-ten steel for recreational.
That may explain what happened to the Gran Tourer. This was a Hi-ten model in the 70's. Then, in the early 80's, before the advent of Valite, they upgraded it to chromoly. Perhaps after coming up with Valite, they couldn't see "downgrading" a chromoly bike to Valite, and didn't have room enough for another higher end bike, either in a general road or touring category, which is where the Gran Tourer would have fit. Even with the Royale, they went and renamed it the Royale II. But that is all speculation.
In any event, this catalog is a wealth of info, I hope I can find some other editions/years.

Thanks for the catalogue scans, they are very nice. It's interesting that my TS IV does not quite match the catalogue. I wonder if the slight changes mean mine is actually an '84. Given the component dates, my bike could be either an '83 or '84. Anyway, thanks for the pics it is very cool to see the bike in its original habitat.

I think you're correct on the 1983 catalog date. I note that my Fuji Berkeley, built in January 1984 has identical specs to the Berkeley listed in your catalog, with the following specific exceptions (running changes?) on my bike:
1. Front Derailleur changed from Suntour Sport to Suntour AR
2. Rear Derailleur changed from Suntour Seven to Suntour AR
3. Ukai steel rims changed to Ukai aluminum rims
