1960ish Raleigh Lenton puzzler. Help!

Came across this Lenton Marque 111 and it seems to be a scarce model.
No mention of it in Pete Kohlers RetoRaleigh specs.

http://www.sheldonbrown.com/retroral...on-kohler.html

It is one previous owner from new and has original paint/decals. (Including 531 sticker)
3 Speed is a later addition, it has a down-tube braze-on for 5 speed (possibly Cyclo), replacement Lyotard pedals and rear rim.
Everything else appears to be original bar the saddle.

I've checked previous threads on here and searched the net and came up with very little.

Has similarities with mc_burns machine:

Would appreciate some comments/info from the Raleigh experts!
