Cinelli ? stem
 

This stem was one on a Marinoni i recently acquired and i have not seen one like it before. Can someone identify it?

it is an ordinary shaped stem with the exception that the binder slot does not go all the way through the stem and the red washer type insert.

Very cool, I think what you have is a transion 1R to XA stem. I can't say much more than that except they are rare and that makes them way cool! More pictures of the Marinoni!
