"23 inch frame would make great courier bike-columbus tubing- you dont find that stuff anymore- i think it is a 12 speed"
im 5'9 not sure if it would fit, but this might be a steal at 45$

i went to see it today and the picture that i seen was COMPLETELY different from how the bike actually looked, it was pretty light and all but it was pretty beat up
